Triathlon Training Anzio - Rome

Triathlon, sport and health is our passion. Both founders achieved international representation in their sports, and while training for Ironman triathlon races, found Anzio to be the ideal place to train; it is easy to get to with great training facilities.

Our philosophy is to provide quality triathlon training camps centred around the needs of the athlete, whether a triathlon beginner or a seasoned age-grouper, we design the training around you.  We welcome all ability levels and offer training for beginners focusing on building skills and knowledge, to Ironman triathlon 100% weeks focusing on long-course races.

Our location is unique and a short distance from both Rome airports, Ciampino and Fiumicino. Anzio has all the training facilities you need including Blue Flag beaches for open water swimming; indoor 25m and 50m pools; quiet and challenging cycle routes, frequented by pro-teams; off-road running routes and, of course, the Mediterranean weather.  All our training weeks are designed to immerse you in quality training, instruction, education, and the Italian culture.

We train and coach all year round offering you more flexibility with work and family commitments. We also provide a wide range of accommodation packages from luxury to shared accommodation for both athletes and non-athletes.  You can come train on your own, with training partners, teams, or clubs, or you can bring your friends and family.

Our packages are mostly full-board, except for two evening meals when we like to go out and enjoy Rome or other local attractions; we also provide self-catering facilities.
