Triathlon Training Anzio - Rome


Pool-swimThere is a choice of swimming venues in Anzio from open water beach swims to the local indoor pool that holds both a 25m and 50m pool.

At the local indoor pool, our swim coaches will analyse and refine your swim technique in the smaller 25m pool before putting it to practise in the 50m pool. We like to hold the first swim session indoors for technique analysis and development before diving into the ocean, as coaches, this gives us an idea of your skill level to help set your weekly targets.

Swim01The beaches are a short walk away and are very popular with open-water swim training. Whether you are new to triathlon or are training for an up and coming race, our goal is to build your confidence and skill level in the open water swim. Water temperature varies with the season, so we generally recommend wearing a wetsuit.
